As a registered Counsellor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and a PhD candidate in Psychology, I have extensive experience supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds across counselling, crisis support, student support, and university tutoring roles. I work from evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and bring strong skills in organisation, scheduling, client communication, and problem-solving under pressure. I maintain a compassionate, ethical, and professional approach and am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all clients.
