Kamini Sethi

I am a licensed psychologist with over six years of experience working with children, adolescents, and parents. I currently work as a school counselor and also provide counseling support for emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns. My areas of work include anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, behavioral issues, and parenting challenges. I use a supportive, practical, and client-centered approach, combining counseling techniques with mindfulness-based strategies to help individuals develop emotional awareness, coping skills, and resilience. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to improve their mental well-being.
