I work from an integrative approach, placing my knowledge and ongoing professional development at the service of the people I work with. During my clinical practice, I have found it particularly valuable to work from a contextual approach using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as to develop a solid understanding of how the brain functions.
