I am a registered Specialist Counsellor with the Counselling Association of South Africa, with a focused professional background in trauma-informed counselling, mental health, and psychosocial support. My work is grounded in a strong academic and clinical foundation that integrates counselling psychology, public health principles, and social neuroscience. I have specialised training in trauma-focused interventions, cognitive behavioural therapy-informed counselling, and applied behaviour analysis, which allows me to work effectively with individuals presenting with complex emotional, behavioural, and relational difficulties. My professional approach is neuroscience-informed and developmentally sensitive, with particular attention to early attachment wounds, chronic stress, grief, and trauma-related patterns that impact adult functioning and relationships.
