As a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, I focus on uncovering and understanding unconcious processes, early life experiences and past relationship patterns that shape the client's current behaviour, emotions, and interpersonal difficulties. I offer a warm, empathetic approach. I work with my clients towards achieving a better understanding of themselves and what they want in life. I accomodate to the client needs and pace. Through talking therapy, we take a look at what is happening and what things they want to change, improve or understand.
