Federica Sassano

As a psychologist and sport psychologist, I hold a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology, as well as an Italian Master’s in Sport Psychology. I am currently completing a four-year postgraduate specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My work focuses on identifying and modifying dysfunctional thoughts and behaviors that affect personal well-being, interpersonal relationships, and sport performance. By integrating cognitive-behavioral and brief strategic approaches, I help individuals understand the mechanisms underlying their difficulties, develop more effective coping strategies, and achieve meaningful change tailored to their needs and goals.
