I support adults (18–45 yrs) who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, burnout, low mood, relationship difficulties, questions of self-worth, life changes, or struggles with substance use. I have experience in navigating long term addiction, emotional distress and interpersonal concerns with a relational lens. Therapy here is slow, thoughtful, and grounded in care and evidence.
