I am a Licensed Psychologist and Systemic Psychotherapist with specialized training in systemic child therapy and a strong background in mental health and therapeutic interventions. Experienced in delivering compassionate, evidence-informed support to individuals facing anxiety, emotional difficulties, and eating-related challenges. Skilled in online therapy and culturally sensitive practice in both Greek and English. Passionate about integrative, relational, and trauma-informed approaches, with experience in equine-assisted therapeutic settings. I see my role not as an “expert with answers,” but as a thoughtful companion in each person’s journey toward greater clarity, balance, and self-understanding.
