I am Sanket Indulkar, a Clinical Psychologist (Associate) with over 3 years of experience in mental health care. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults, addressing concerns such as stress, emotional difficulties, and academic challenges. My approach is person-centered, evidence-based, and collaborative. I have experience in psychological assessment, counseling, and psychoeducation across clinical and school settings. I work with concerns including anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and academic stress. My therapeutic work integrates CBT, DBT-informed skills, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, and supportive psychotherapy. I believe in providing a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for clients. My goal is to help individuals build coping skills, resilience, and emotional balance.
