I am a clinical psychologist with advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. My clinical work is grounded in psychoanalytic thinking, with a strong focus on unconscious processes, identity formation, and relational dynamics. Alongside this foundation, I integrate contemporary psychological perspectives—particularly attachment theory, motivational systems, and evolutionary psychology—to better understand how biologically rooted drives and early relational patterns shape emotional regulation, interpersonal functioning, and psychological distress. My approach is formulation-based and clinically oriented rather than protocol-driven. I aim to develop coherent psychological formulations that connect personal history, motivational dynamics, and present-day symptoms, allowing for thoughtful and flexible clinical interventions. I work primarily with adults dealing with anxiety, mood difficulties, relational conflicts, and issues related to self-esteem and shame.
