Maria Eduarda Casagrande

I'm a licensed psychologist with over eight years of clinical experience, working primarily with adults and young adults in individual psychotherapy. Throughout my professional journey, I have developed solid experience in clinical practice, supporting people through complex emotional processes, life transitions, and psychological suffering. I'm currently pursuing a postgraduate specialization in Psychoanalysis, which deeply informs my clinical listening and therapeutic approach. My work is grounded in a careful, ethical, and non-judgmental space, where each person’s history, subjectivity, and emotional world are respected and taken seriously. I have a strong interest and commitment to working with the LGBTQIA+ community, offering an affirming and safe therapeutic environment. I also work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotional distress, relational difficulties, trauma, and different forms of psychological and interpersonal violence. I believe psychotherapy is a space for building meaning, strengthening autonomy, and fostering deeper self-awareness, at each person’s own pace. My goal is to offer a therapeutic relationship based on trust, openness, and thoughtful listening, supporting each individual in their process of growth, healing, and self-understanding.
