I am a Registered & Licensed Counsellor (Malaysia) with a Master of Science in Counselling, specializing in Family and Marriage Counselling. I have experience providing counselling in both healthcare and corporate settings, supporting clients from diverse background. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive space for clients to navigate emotional, relational, and workplace challenges. My approaches include CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Reality Therapy, Adlerian and Person-Centred Therapy. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and personal growth. I am also LGBTQ+ affirmative. Sessions are available in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Tamil.
