Ritika Pandey

I am an RCI-licensed Rehabilitation Psychologist, specialising in women’s mental health and counselling for individuals navigating emotional, cognitive, or physical challenges in their daily lives. I work with people adjusting to life after neurological conditions, developmental concerns, or mental health difficulties by supporting them through experiences of stress, low mood, anxiety, relationship challenges, and shifts in self-confidence or independence. My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, while also being practical and goal-focused. I aim to help clients make sense of their experiences and build the skills needed to navigate everyday life with greater ease and resilience. I believe that recovery and emotional well-being are deeply interconnected, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered.
