Sophie Unsworth

I am a trainee Sport Psychologist currently undertaking a Professional Doctorate in Sport Psychology, an accredited programme with the British Psychological Society (BPS). I can offer one-to-one psychological support sessions & group sessions while working under the supervision of an HCPC-registered Sport Psychologist through my university training. I support individuals with performance-related challenges, confidence, motivation, identity, and psychological wellbeing. While my training is grounded in sport and exercise psychology, the principles I use translate beyond sport and into wider areas of life, including personal development, wellbeing, and performance in work and everyday contexts. I also have experience supporting the development of healthy, psychologically safe team cultures where individuals and groups can thrive.
