I am a qualified, compassionate, and client-centred counsellor and family therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across a range of complex mental health and psychosocial challenges. I am trained in Functional Family Therapy and have extensive experience working in trauma-focused settings, including with survivors of sexual abuse, childhood sexual abuse, and domestic violence. I have worked across online, face-to-face, and telephone modalities, and prioritise creating a safe, respectful, and trusting therapeutic space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported, including in remote and digital environments. I have extensive experience supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and substance use. My practice is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed and attachment-focused approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and strengths-based practice. I integrate practical modalities such as psycho-education, grounding strategies, and safety planning to support stabilisation, insight, and resilience. Fluent in English, I am a thoughtful and reflective practitioner who values ethical practice, collaboration and professional development. I approach my work with empathy, curiosity and respect.
