I am a Counseling Psychologist providing psychosocial support to individuals and communities, with a strong focus on trauma-informed care, grief and loss counseling, emotional resilience, and life adjustment challenges. I offer individual counseling, group sessions, and tele-counseling services to ensure mental health support is accessible, inclusive, and responsive to diverse needs. I am a person with a disability and use a wheelchair for mobility, an experience that deeply informs my practice. This lived perspective strengthens my work in providing counseling support to persons with disabilities (PWDs), caregivers, and families, addressing issues related to identity, self-worth, accessibility, stigma, and psychosocial adjustment. My approach is empathetic, ethical, and culturally sensitive, creating safe and supportive spaces where clients can process experiences, develop coping skills, and foster emotional well-being. Beyond clinical work, I actively engage in mental health awareness, community outreach, and disability inclusion advocacy, contributing to the reduction of stigma and the promotion of equitable access to mental health services. My work is driven by a commitment to dignity, inclusion, and holistic healing, empowering individuals to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and purpose.
