As a licensed clinical psychologist based in Kathmandu, I provide comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a wide range of mental health concerns, available both in-person and online. With over a decade of experience as a mental health professional and the past two years as a licensed clinical psychologist, I have supported individuals in navigating emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. In a context where access to quality mental health care is often limited and stigma remains a barrier, my work is driven by the need to make professional psychological support more approachable, effective, and inclusive.
