I work as a Behavior Technician, using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to reinforce positive behaviors and support behavioral and developmental growth. I collect and document behavior data, maintain behavior logs, and follow treatment plans developed with a multidisciplinary team. Through consistent repetition, reinforcement, and structured communication guidelines, I support individuals in achieving targeted behavioral and developmental milestones.
