Dear Hiring Team, My name is Dr. Gaia De Fusco, and I am a psychologist deeply passionate about supporting people in their psychological well-being and personal growth. During my clinical internship, I developed strong skills in building meaningful, clinical relationships, conducting psychological interviews, and using effective tools to help individuals achieve emotional balance and improved mental health. I also earned a certification in Strategic Communication, which allowed me to further strengthen my interpersonal and communication skills, adapting conversations and relational approaches to the specific needs of each individual. In addition, I have two years of experience working as a communication assistant for a visually impaired young man, a role in which listening, empathy, patience, and understanding were essential every day. Currently, I work in a nursing home (RSA) as a psychologist and trainer for healthcare professionals. I lead workshops focused on workplace well-being, work-related stress, and burnout prevention. Before starting this role, I completed specialized training in Brixian Mindfulness and organizational well-being. These experiences are helping me grow both personally and professionally, and for all the reasons shared above, I truly believe I would be an excellent fit for this position.
