As a licensed therapist through my experience. I have provided individual therapy, group counselling to clients dealing with trauma, depression ,anxiety, substance use, grief, violence, emotional distress and relationship issues. I am passionate about helping individual over come challenges, discover their inner strengths and achieve personal growth. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapeutic technique, tailored to meet each clients unique needs, by creating a safe and non-judgmental space. I foster a collaborative therapeutic relationship that encourages self-reflection ,exploration and healing ,through active listening, empathy and effective communication, I strive to develop a deep understanding of my client's experiences and challenges', I assist individuals in gaining insight, developing coping strategies making positive changes in their live. As a counselling psychologist, my goal is to empower individuals to overcome obstacles, discover their potential and lead fulfilling lives.
