Kritika Bhardwaj

I am a Counselling Psychologist with an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology, working with adolescents and adults. My clinical training across hospital and counselling settings has provided me with practical experience in therapeutic engagement, client intake, and psychological assessment under supervision. I work with concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, academic and occupational stress, relationship difficulties, family-related concerns and emotional neglect. I aim to offer a respectful, collaborative, and supportive space that encourages self-understanding, emotional wellbeing thereby finally moving towards the path of self empowerment at their own pace.
