I primarily work with children, adolescents, and young adults, holding space for them as they navigate life’s emotional challenges while fostering self-awareness and resilience. My work includes supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, anger management, grief, relationship conflicts, mood disturbances, and day-to-day adjustment concerns. I draw from an integrative approach that allows me to adapt fluidly to each client’s needs and context, blending different theoretical frameworks with a strong emphasis on creative expression and relational depth. In my sessions, I focus on holding and containing—offering a space where clients can explore their inner world through body-based and creative modalities. With children, I facilitate SEL-based life skills programs that help them understand emotions, build interpersonal awareness, and engage meaningfully with the world around them. In addition to my clinical work, I have led various employee wellbeing programs in corporate environments, as well as teacher training and student development workshops in educational institutions. Whether in individual sessions or group settings, I bring a calm, compassionate presence and a belief that therapy should be as human and expressive as it is healing.
