I am a Clinical Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and extensive experience working with adults. I provide evidence-based psychotherapy using approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and trauma-informed interventions. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, relationship issues, and stress. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can gain insight, build resilience, and move toward emotional well-being and personal growth.
