I have over ten years of professional experience as a speech therapist and hold a Master’s degree in Psychology. I also completed specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in Spain. I have extensive experience providing online therapy and support individuals in coping with emotional and mental health challenges in a compassionate and evidence-based way. My approach is client-centered, practical, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I offer therapy sessions via chat or video and work fluently in German, English, and Spanish.
