Marwa Mohamed

I am a psychological counselor with an academic background in Clinical Psychology. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Arts, Cairo University, along with a Postgraduate Diploma and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I work using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-informed approach, providing psychological counseling and emotional support to diverse populations. My experience includes supporting women living with chronic rheumatic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia, with a focus on psychological coping, emotional wellbeing, and improving quality of life. I also work with individuals experiencing depression and anxiety, as well as providing family and marital counseling. My approach is client-centered, evidence-informed, and respectful of personal values and individual differences. I am a member of the Egyptian Psychologists Association and the Egyptian Association of Psychotherapists.
