When life feels heavy, confusing, or stuck, my role is to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, without judgment or pressure to “be okay.” I’m a licensed psychologist who works with adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand. My approach is grounded in evidence-based psychology, and led by genuine human connection. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, and work toward change that feels realistic and sustainable.
