Mehar Gupta

I'm Mehar, a psychotherapist, working both with individuals and couples. My approach is primarily rooted in a psychodynamic framework, which allows me to explore and understand your experiences and concerns in depth. I also integrate Narrative practices, EFT and ACT, and I work through a trauma-informed, queer-friendly, neurodivergent affirming and relational lens.
