About

I’m an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor with a background in both clinical mental health and performance-focused personal development. I work with individuals who feel stuck between functioning well on the outside and struggling internally with anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, or burnout. My approach is warm, structured, and psychologically grounded. I integrate humanistic, relational, cognitive-behavioural, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients understand their inner world, regulate difficult emotions, and create meaningful, sustainable change — not just insight, but real shifts in how life feels and works. I have extensive experience supporting: -Anxiety, stress, and emotional regulation -Low self-esteem, shame, and self-criticism -Burnout, over-functioning, and people-pleasing patterns -Relationship difficulties, attachment issues, and communication struggles -Neurodiversity (including autism and ADHD), identity, and belonging -Life transitions, uncertainty, and loss of direction Alongside therapy, I’ve worked as a specialist mental health and autism/neurodivergence mentor, supporting clients who are navigating academic, professional, and personal challenges simultaneously. This means I’m particularly attuned to high-functioning clients who feel exhausted by constantly having to “hold it together” — and who want a space that is both emotionally safe and practically useful. I aim to offer a space that is: -Non-judgemental, collaborative, and emotionally safe -Curious rather than pathologising -Grounded in evidence-based psychology. -Respectful of your pace, values, and lived experience. Whether you’re struggling with something specific or just have a sense that something isn’t quite right, therapy can be a place to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and begin relating to yourself — and others — in a kinder and more sustainable way. I work online and welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and identities.
