I am a trained Clinical Psychology professional with experience providing psychological support to individuals facing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and other mental health concerns through chat and video sessions. My clinical approach is evidence-based, empathetic, and client-centered, focusing on emotional regulation, coping skills, and psychoeducation. I have also worked with children and adolescents and have a keen interest in developmental disorders and child mental health. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their concerns, build resilience, and work toward improved psychological well-being.
