About

Is there a feeling you've been carrying for way too long? Maybe shame. Maybe anxiety. Maybe a quiet, stubborn voice that keeps repeating “I'm not enough”. Are you stuck in a pattern, walking the same circles over and over? Do you still shrink in certain situations? You can see the surface of it, but you feel something is stuck much deeper? You know what you should do, but you keep getting in your own way? For me, self-discovery is a deep, ongoing journey toward ever more complete knowing and accepting of myself. On this path I meet my blind spots more and more. I encounter the contradictions living inside me. I begin to untangle them, accept them, learn to love them, and reconnect the different parts of myself — so I can move toward my goals as a coherent whole and become someone I can truly be proud of. I’m connecting more deeply to myself: to my bodily sensations, to my emotions (even the difficult ones, even the ones that feel unbearable), to my thoughts, beliefs, and to my environment. At the same time I’m learning to differentiate myself from all of these — and in doing so my presence keeps growing. Discover who you really are! You exist beyond the fears and the old, rigid masks. In a safe, accepting space where everything is allowed to show up. Where even your smallest, most carefully hidden parts can finally breathe. Topics: shame • anxiety • feeling & processing emotions • addictions • strengthening the sense of self • spiritual crisis • psychedelic integration • anger work • self-discovery / self-knowledge Toolbox: visualization & imagination techniques • attachment theory • mindsight • inner parts work (Ego State)
