I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate providing trauma-informed, person-centered counseling under the supervision of a fully licensed clinician. I work with children, teens, adults, and caregivers navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, and neurodivergent experiences. My approach prioritizes connection, trust, and emotional safety, creating a space where clients feel respected and genuinely understood. I use a nervous-system-informed, collaborative approach, integrating somatic awareness, parts-informed perspectives, and creative interventions when appropriate. I have particular experience working with teens and children through relational, play-based, and movement-informed work, and I partner with caregivers to strengthen connection and reduce shame. As an autistic clinician, I offer neurodiversity-affirming care that honors difference rather than promoting masking or compliance.
