Farhin Mostak

I am a Clinical Psychologist (M.Phil, Clinical Psychology) with comprehensive clinical training across hospital and community mental health settings. As part of my two-year M.Phil training, I was posted at AIIMS Raipur, where I gained extensive exposure to assessment, diagnosis, and psychological intervention for a wide range of mental health concerns. My clinical experience includes work at Fortis Hospital, Apollo Gleneagles Hospital, Bhagirathi Neotia Woman and Child Care Centre, and community mental health services through NGOs. I have also received specialized training in Substance Abuse Treatment at NIMHANS. Currently, I am working as a Clinical Psychologist at RINS Neuro and Super Speciality Hospital, providing psychological assessment and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for adults and adolescents. I adopt a client-centered, evidence-based approach, integrating Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based interventions, Emotionally Focused techniques, and supportive psychotherapy. I focus on creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic space, supporting clients in emotional regulation, resilience building, and psychological well-being through chat and video sessions.
