Anshika Singh

I have completed a bachelors and masters in Psychology with specialization in clinical psychology, and extensive experience in counselling at internships in mental health clinics, NGOs and a 1.5 year practice as a Counselling Psychologist Trainee and Practitioner. I follow an eclectic approach in therapy using Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral and overall the practice is guided by Humanistic-existential principles. I sometimes use elements from art therapy. My practice is trauma-informed and Queer-friendly, With an experience working for over 800+ hours with various life stressors like academic/ work stress, relationship issues, family issues, self identity, self confidence, suicidality, self harm and addiction. My approach to therapy is tailored to meet individual human needs and personal goals.
