DIMPLE KAUSHIK

I am a counselling psychologist with experience delivering 250+ hours of therapy session. My therapeutic work is trauma-informed and queer-informed, integrating systemic, and process-oriented practices informed by a developmental-relational perspective. My work is integrative, holistic, and grounded in cognitive, somatic, mindfulness & art based approaches embedded in cultural responsiveness, inclusivity, and intersectionality. At present I am also pursuing certification in other approaches like IFS and DBT. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults on a wide range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, abandonment issues, body image issues, relationship challenges, trauma, grief, identity issues, guilt, procrastination, family dynamics, self-esteem issues, and burnout. I bring an inclusive, evidence-based, and insight-oriented practice, with empathetic attunement, resilience, and sustainable transformation rooted in reflections, resilience and empowerment while tailoring interventions to the unique needs of diverse client populations.
