I am a Licensed Counselling Psychologist offering trauma-informed online counselling to adults, children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds. I support adult men and women dealing with trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, stress, and self-esteem issues, helping them build healthy coping skills in a safe, supportive space. I also work closely with children and adolescents with ADHD and Autism, focusing on emotional regulation, attention, behaviour support, social skills, and daily functioning. I actively involve parents and caregivers, providing practical guidance on routines, behaviour management, and psychoeducation using a child-centred, trauma-informed approach. With a background in social work and gender advocacy, my work is empathetic, culturally responsive, and evidence-informed. I am passionate about making accessible, ethical, and effective mental health support available to clients across the world.
