I offer individual therapy for adults dealing with anxiety, panic, low mood, emotional exhaustion, self-esteem difficulties, relationship challenges, and periods of change, loss, or uncertainty. I also work with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners break negative patterns, deepen emotional connection, and build a safe and supportive relationship. I provide a calm, empathetic space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.
