The desire to be a shoulder for others to lean on and provide a listening ear to those who are not too afraid to share drew me to psychology. This led me to pursuing and completing a Masters degree in Clinical psychology following my first degree in psychology. My approach includes the application of CBT, DBT, Mindfulness meditation and IPT to ensure that my clients are not just surviving but thriving through life challenges, work-related concerns, learning and behavioral difficulties, family discord, grief etc. My approach to care is individual-specific with keen attention to client needs and peculiarities.
