As a psychologist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Belgium, I bring deep understanding of the human mind, emotions, and behavior to every session; rooted in empathy, evidence-based insight (CBT-informed approaches, emotional regulation, identity development), and a gentle, non-judgmental presence. I help young adults and adults explore anxiety, burnout, identity questions, relationship patterns, life transitions, and past wounds; creating a safe, supportive space where real healing and growth happen at your own pace, in your language (English, French, or Spanish).
