As a counselling psychologist, I aim to create a warm and nurturing space for clients to explore their emotions at their own pace. I blend creative activities and reflective conversations to help clients navigate personal challenges. I approach therapy as a co-created space, primarily using an integrated approach, drawing from Person Centered, Narrative and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I often invites clients to explore emotions through art and expressive activities, especially when words feel limiting. My approach remains flexible, ensuring clients receive support that aligns with their unique needs.
