Daria Abou Merhi Proventza

I am a Clinical Psychologist with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and work with adults, adolescents, and children through both individual and group sessions. My areas of focus include anxiety, panic attacks, depression, anger, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, as well as workplace-related challenges. I offer compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental support, creating a safe space where clients feel free to express themselves openly. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each person’s unique needs, empowering them to develop insight, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
