I am a licensed Clinical and Rehabilitation Psychologist with clinical training across government hospitals, the Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Lucknow, and community mental health settings. My practice supports children, adults, and older adults with concerns spanning anxiety, trauma, developmental challenges, and cognitive decline, using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness-based therapy, and neuropsychological assessment. My M.Phil. research on resilience and early cognitive risk was presented at the AIIMS New Delhi National Conference on Psychogeriatrics. I am committed to providing thoughtful, individualised care in a space that is confidential, non-judgmental, and grounded in evidence-based practice.
