Snigdha Gupta

As a counselling psychologist and yoga practitioner, I take a holistic approach to mental and emotional well-being one that blends the wisdom of the body with the clarity of the mind. My work focuses on helping women, couples, and children navigate life’s transitions with greater awareness, resilience, and compassion. In my practice, I combine evidence-based psychological approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness-Based Techniques with the grounding practices of Yoga and Breathwork. This integration allows clients to not only understand their emotions and patterns but also experience healing through the body learning to regulate and reconnect. With couples, my sessions focus on improving communication, rebuilding emotional intimacy, and identifying the deeper needs beneath conflict. I help partners move from blame and defensiveness to curiosity and connection, using reflective exercises and practical tools for daily life. With children and teens, I create a safe, creative space to explore feelings through art, play, and mindfulness. My goal is to help them express themselves authentically, develop emotional intelligence, and build healthy coping skills for challenges like anxiety, peer pressure, or self-esteem issues. Having lived and worked across India, the UK, the Middle East, and Malaysia, I bring a culturally sensitive and empathetic lens to my work. I believe therapy should feel supportive, non-judgmental, and empowering.
