I specialize in life issues and self-identity. I work with people who want to develop more skills in self-regulation, improve their mood, and reduce anxiety. I treat trauma, PTSD and complex PTSD. I also assist people with ADHD and concussions or TBI. I help people who have blocks to achieving goals and growing professionally. I assist people with sf-esteem issues and healthy boundaries getting to core of this issue. I offer Family Constellations which is ficused on transgenerational inherited trauma. I use LENS neurofeedback for ADHD and concussions. I have an integrative approach incorporating mindfulness and spirituality. I use Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) which uses colored light to integrate painful past memories and change unhelpful beliefs.
