Summary of Qualifications & Experience I am a self-employed practitioner with a strong background in supportive therapeutic work. I hold a BA (Hons) Degree in Counselling, Coaching & Mentoring from Canterbury Christ Church University. I began a Master’s in Psychology, which is currently on hold. I have experience supporting individuals with mental-health challenges, trauma, anxiety, autism-related needs, and life transitions. Her work blends counselling skills, coaching strategies, mentoring techniques, and lived experience, allowing her to provide calm, empathetic and practical guidance. I have worked both independently and within community settings, developing strong skills in active listening, emotional support, goal-setting, motivation, and client empowerment. I now work from home on a self-employed basis, offering supportive, non-clinical therapeutic guidance tailored to each client’s needs.
