I support concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger issues, ADHD, autism, learning difficulties, behavioural challenges, relationship issues, sleep problems, memory decline, and substance use disorders. My approach includes CBT, Behaviour Therapy, play-based and parent–child therapies, early intervention programs, and supportive psychotherapy.
