I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 10 years of experience. Three characteristics which describe my therapeutic approach are goal-oriented, evidence-based and flexible, according to each individual's needs. What motivates me to be a psychotherapist is to work with individuals who, through therapy, seek emotional well-being, to have better self-knowledge and empowerment in order to achieve the greatest goal of becoming the best version of themselves.
