Silvia Amato

I am a Professional Counselor (SI.Co. – Italy) and Integrative Coach trained at Institut Integratiu in Barcelona, with a specialization in Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis. I completed my three-year counseling diploma at Scuola Hermes (Taranto, Italy). My approach is experiential, relational and somatic. I work through the “here and now”, integrating emotional awareness, body signals, breathwork, grounding techniques and the exploration of patterns and relational dynamics. My style is warm, intuitive and embodied, supporting clients in reconnecting with authenticity, clarity and self-responsibility. I have experience with both individuals and groups, as well as international clients and companies in the tourism and wellbeing sectors.
