With over four years of experience and more than 2000 counseling sessions (more than 2000 hours), she has supported clients from Indonesia, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Singapore, and beyond. Her clinical passion lies in helping people overcome emotional distress, intergenerational trauma, and relationship challenges through a warm, evidence-based, and culturally grounded approach. She integrates positive psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), enabling her to create strengths-based, goal-oriented, and transformative therapeutic experiences. Beyond clinical practice, she is an active researcher exploring mental health, well-being, family functioning, and intergenerational trauma, contributing valuable insights to the field and advocating for accessible psychological support.
