Sai Sreyashi Motupalli

I am Sreyashi M, a Counseling Psychologist with an MSc in Applied Psychology (specializing in Counseling Psychology) and over 4 years of professional experience. I work with adolescents, young adults, students, and working professionals, supporting them in navigating concerns related to relationships, interpersonal, family, workplace and academic challenges, stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, and self-image. I follow an eclectic, client-centered approach with a strong trauma-informed lens, focusing on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. My goal is to help clients explore their concerns, gain insight, and develop effective coping strategies for overall well-being. I offer sessions in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
