I am a qualified therapist and BACP-registered counselling professional with experience supporting individuals facing stress, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges. With a background in the UK drug and alcohol sector as a Recovery Practitioner, I have provided one-to-one therapy, facilitated group interventions, and designed a structured relapse prevention program to support long-term emotional wellbeing and behavioural change. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness-based interventions, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, tailoring each session to meet the client’s unique needs. Compassionate, culturally aware, and committed to ethical practice, I aim to create a safe and supportive therapeutic space for clients from diverse backgrounds—both in-person and online.
